These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wangsana website and your participation in any workshops, programmes, or courses offered by Wangsana ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Wangsana
Wangsana is an educational services provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer general financial goal-setting workshops and structured educational programmes designed to help individuals think through personal money goals, plan timelines, and build practical frameworks for their own decision-making. Nothing we provide constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, or any professional advisory service governed by securities or financial services law.
2. Educational Nature of Services
All content delivered through our workshops, programmes, and materials is for general educational and informational purposes only. Participants are responsible for how they apply any concepts explored during their programme. Wangsana does not offer personalised financial planning, portfolio management, or any service that requires a licence under Malaysian financial services regulation.
3. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of your registration and, where applicable, payment. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion. Confirmed participants will receive joining instructions and relevant materials prior to the start of their programme. Spaces are subject to availability.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as stated at the time of registration. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of materials described in each programme listing. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated during the enrolment process. All fees must be settled before programme commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Participant cancellation: Please notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend. Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the programme start date may be eligible for a credit towards a future session. Cancellations received with shorter notice may not be eligible for credit.
- Wangsana cancellation: If we need to reschedule or cancel a programme, we will notify registered participants as soon as practicable and offer an alternative date or a credit. We are not liable for any incidental costs you may incur as a result of a schedule change.
6. Conduct and Participation
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants throughout all sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to a constructive learning environment, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, workbooks, checklists, journals, and related content provided by Wangsana remain our intellectual property or that of our content partners. Materials are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled participant only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials without our prior written consent is not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wangsana's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. No Financial Outcomes Assured
Participation in our programmes does not assure any particular financial outcome. Individual results depend entirely on each participant's own circumstances, decisions, and actions. We make no representations about the financial results that participants may or may not experience.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
